Gaya Sikhyeok Co., Ltd. started in 2023 in Goryeong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, a farming region in southeastern Korea. We make sikhye, Korea's traditional fermented rice drink, by natural saccharification with 100% Korean ingredients. Our aim is to keep this tradition going and bring it to drinkers outside Korea too.
